Press O ingame and try turning all the options to the lowest settings. Also, it sometimes can be a bit laggy since I think the server is in china >_<. Other than that its pretty simple to play once you get used to it. Use f7 to target the next mob, ctrl to attack it, and f8 to loot it once it's dead...

The game is nothing great. Fun for a few hours then turns into the usual korean lvling game. If you haven't downloaded it, don't bother.
