well i was hoping when FFXI is out in EU i can play with you guys but i didnt see alot of EU ppl ....... i keep wonder why . i the end i come with this poll

coz ppl only choose server name like Alexander, Bahamut,Ifrit

The server you are placed on is determined by the population of the servers. You can NOT reroll to get on to another server.

but you can play on the same server by using a world pass. so i give the WS and while you create your character you enter the world pass ID in order to be created on that server.

Example: Bob and Tim want to play on the same server together. Bob makes a character and then buys a world pass. He then tells Tim what the world pass ID is as Tim is making his character. Now Tim is on the same server Bob is and they frolick and skip around the world happy.

What character is the best and job.

Was thinking of Elvaan - Redmage then goto a dragoon or ranger.

They are not really elfs as you might expect from LotR or D&D, though. he elvann have high attack power and high mind. They can attack doing massive damage, and can heal really well. They are not like the master archers from Lord of the Rings. Their dexterity is not very high.

well if you want to be come a rng .... you going to buy alot of gil/money for arrows , OR you can lvl wood Crafting and make ur own arrows

so elvann got the bast str of the 5 rases

But as elvann rng . you well be doing alot of dmg . and good rng is needed for hard misson and quest

I figure if I start playing P2P games, I would need to justify the spending of my hard earned $$ with many hours of leveling and gaming, meaning I will fail school and become a mmorpg bum. That would be bad @_@

You could always become a professional beta tester for companies and earn a good living
