Few things for new starts... mostly to do with con. You start with 18 con, so no point adding con when you create char. After you create your character, find Haro in TyT, he'll give you some con quests to do. And last... training weapons are sold from blacksmith.

Shadows. Make an account on that Website. SIGN IN... then go to the downloads page and get the client and all the patches and map file. Then download the Shadows anti hack .exe. If the download on shadows isnt working go to...
Here, at the bottom of the Page
After you have all that shizzle installed, make an account
at this page
And then you're sorted.
